The ABSTRACT is a one paragraph description of your presentation, appropriate for the conference program. Describe briefly and succinctly what you will be presenting and any learning outcomes for the attendees. (e.g. what do you want people to learn). It must be EXACTLY how you want it in the conference book. (250 character maximum - 40-60 words counting spaces)

Provide sufficient information concerning the proposed session for reviewers to evaluate the suitability for this year's conference. This information is for review only and will not be in the handbook. Highlight what and how you will present, what is it you want people to learn, why this topic is important.

This year's DCFG Conference theme is Cultivating Connections. How does your session compliment this theme? *

The Drum Circle Facilitators Guild strives to be a global organization, as such, we ask presenters to provide a statement of reflection on how your topic/workshop is applicable to a Global Audience. You are not expected to include this in the actual presentation.

Video Supplement to application (OPTIONAL): Applicants may supplement their proposal with a short video of less than 2 minutes. Please provide a link below that indicates your 2-minute time-stamp. Reviewers will not watch full videos.

Recording/Photo Agreement

We plan to record all sessions again this year and continue building the DCFG Content Library. We ask that you respond to the following two questions related to a photo and video release. The videos will be used by DCFG for promotional purposes with the possibility of selling to non-conference registrants.

VIDEO RECORDING:
If selected as a presenter, I give DCFG permission to record my session which will become part of a DCFG Content Library. I understand the video may be used on all DCFG properties including, but not limited to the DCFG website, social media, and video platforms. I understand that DCFG will record my session and reserves the right to sell access to the videos. If there are multiple presenters my response is confirmation for all those listed as presenters.

Session Logistics

The following questions helps us in planning the logistics for conference at the Prescott Resort & Conference Center. Your responses will not affect your proposal review but is helpful to know when planning.

Recorded Music *
The sessions will be recorded and available post conference. Presenters must procure permission from the musician for use and credit the artist in the presentation that includes Title, musician/artist.
